Warranty Coverage

KingsBottle provides a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all new wine cellars and beverage refrigerators. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including parts and labor, for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Refurbished units are not covered under this warranty.

Eligibility

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser or the person who received the unit as a gift. It is not transferable.

Manufacturer’s Responsibility

If the unit is found to be defective within the warranty period, KingsBottle may choose to repair or replace the unit. In some cases, customers may be asked to coordinate with a local refrigeration technician—costs for labor and materials are covered by KingsBottle during the warranty term. If the unit cannot be repaired, KingsBottle will credit the original purchase value toward a replacement. Replacement units are covered under the original warranty term.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or other causes beyond the manufacturer’s control. These products are designed for storing wine and beverages only. The end user assumes all risk related to spoilage, temperature or humidity variations, leaks, mold, mildew, or similar conditions.

Extended Warranty Availability

Extended 3-year and 5-year warranty options are available directly from KingsBottle. These must be purchased within 30 days of the original purchase date.
